Moving home
In the next few weeks I shall be moving home. Currently I have a wireless Tado box connected to my boiler, a wireless Tado thermostat and the internet bridge. It is a v3 system so I do not have to pay for Geofencing. The house I'm moving to has a conventional wired thermostat and a combination boiler.
What should I do? Clearly I want to leave the people moving in with a working system. I could just buy a new starter kit for the new house, but I would lose the v3 benefits.
Any advice is most welcome! Thank you.

@scgf Please check with tado° it they can give you a ‘free’ upgrade. https://www.tado.com/t/en/updated-why-we-created-new-v3plus-products
I'm moving and leaving my tado° devices behind. What should I do to make sure that the new owners can use them?

If I leave my Tado for new owners will they have to have internet connection on the day of moving in or can they operate it manually when I add them to home via the app. I have a smart thermostat conrolling heat and water0

@Feetups The system can be controlled manually from the devices. Check the app settings and disable any child-lock settings, as that stops the new owner using the manual over-ride on the device. IIRC, the wireless receiver has a manual over-ride button that turns on both CH and HW - on the top in the middle. Leave the internet dongle and power block for the new owners.
