Energy iQ disappeared

Hi, for the past couple of days I’ve noticed my energy iQ tab has disappeared and can’t find it anywhere in the app to enable it. Tried deleting the app but still no luck. I’ve got the paid plan on Tado and based in UK so not sure why this is happening. Even got an email about energy iQ yesterday.
