Hi

1 I have a Worcester green star heatslave II external 12/18

2 attached is a EPH R27 HW 2 Zone programmer

3 also a Draytec SCR

I can’t find any clear instructions.

Worryingly when I clicked for the instructions based on the boiler it says tado doesn’t work with it even though your website says it works with Worcester Bosch. But then there are these wireless controllers attached which according to your website it can replace. So very confusing

Does anyone know the instructions. I purchased the wireless tado kit v3+

    Contact Tado support, they should send you a customised install guide. Not sure what the scr is but you’ll need to replace the programmer with the wireless receiver. The issue might be that your house is zoned, which will make the install more complex and might require another temperature sensor.

    I ve bought 10 radiator thermostats so won’t need zoning. The boiler service guy said to me the SCR is for a wireless thermostat which I don’t have but it is wired in as well as the EPH. I have contacted tado support now as well. But if anyone has experience that would be great. I have checkout the web and YouTube but no joy.

    Did you get a resolution to this? I'm trying to see if my Heatslave II would work with a Tado system and smart TRVs. Keen to hear of your experiences.
