Update the app so it works properly with iPhone 14 pro camera….

    I live in germany where I believe TADO comes from - great engineers and hard workers, however "customer service" is an american or UK thing and not really entertained here if it doesn't directly make them money. Its also a pride thing whereby believing heavily in a working product for the majority. Whilst everyone is buying their kits they will continue to focus on them, not things like whether a particular model of phone can take a pic.

    @hipponax1973 Yes and no. In terms of customer service and processes I agree, but the days when the Made in Germany label was a synonym for quality are gone, just look at tado° - no firmware update to the hub / wired devices for over 12 months - does that mean these are flawless? Definitely not. I am not sure what exactly the team is working on as there is no indication to the public, but a bug is a bug and should be fixed as soon as possible. The Devices roadmap has also fallen short.

  • Confirmed. Issue is indeed fixed in 7.23 app on iPhone 14 pro. Good news!
