Wired and Wireless Thermostats

Howdy,

due to an order mix-up I have a wired thermostat and will, much later, receive a wireless starter kit.

My question is - once I connect the boiler to the wireless starter kit and have eliminated the need for a wired thermostat - can I use the wired thermo as a wireless one?

Yes, wired thermostats are dual function.
