Thermostatic control not working?

Using tado Smart AC v2

Issues that I am currently experiencing (used to work before and now it isnt):

  1. Thermostatic control is not working
  2. Cannot turn off the AC using android phone
  3. Cannot configure to use non-thermostatic control
