Smart thermostat appear offline from remote location

I have problems with my Tado Smart Thermostats installed at home. Tado app is showing some devices offline when I'm using remote access outside home network. When I'm at home and connected to the same network as Tado bridge devices are back online. I do not know what is happening and what is the reason. It was working perfectly since couple of months and now devices one by one are not reachable outside home. I've replaced batteries, did a reset of thermostats, removed them and add back to home but nothing helped.
It is shown as below. How to solve it? Maybe someone has or had similar problem and know how to solve it?

I have the same problem and use it remotely I use it in my elderly dads house at he was changing the temperature0

It's unlikely your ISP, otherwise all devices would show offline.
Bridge factory reset?
