Ticket system for support

Have searched but only reference I can find is someone who suggested but it was never actioned. Issuing a ticket works well on other sites and enables tracking of a question. I made request for support days ago and received no response. Only means I have of chasing this is repeat the original request. For me the present support system is working.

I am having the same problem... Can not seem to speak to support.. and I opened a ticket.. I have a ticket numbers.. and that is all I have heard from them....
