Everything set up and working for a while. However when I tried to turn heating off the other night via the app. It wouldn't turn off. Had to switch the boiler off.0

I've had the Same, when I switch my boiler off it still reads my Tado as normal.0

Hi sorry, I have also been trying the live chat to get my hot water back on my app. I thought it was the app so I deleted it and then installed it again. Big mistake as I had forgotten my password, tried asking for a new one but got no response.
It was last Sunday, the weather was not good very cold so I set it all up again. All went well until I noticed no Hot Water on the app.
frustrating can't talk to someone in person to help
Had several emails none have helped. I'm 68 years old so not the best at this technology. Have had it since 2019 never any issues till now😏0
