Do i need to replace EPH controller in order to use Wireless Thermostat.

Options

Firstly, VERY HAPPY to have found this community, google wasn't helping much.

I currently have EPH 37HW (3 channels) 1 Upstairs 2 Downstairs 3 HW.

I do not use the HW zone as i have a seperate timer on my roof hot water system.

My 2 current thermostats are next to the back door and in an upstairs hall way, neither are ideally placed and typically coldest places in the house, so i wanted to change them both (or at least downstairs) to a wireless thermostat.

Questions

  1. If i maintain the current EPH controller/programmer and set to ON i can replace the current wired thermostats to the TADO wired thermostats and control the 2 zones directly via these termostats?
  2. If i want to have at least one (ideally both) of the thermostats wireless and move their location, must i change the current EPH controller to the wireless tado receiver?
  3. My son is quite heat sensitive, he prefers cooler temperatures, is it possible to pair a Smart radiator controller to work with either of the above systems.

Thank you very much for any advices or help in advance, the smart heating is 100% the most difficult part of my smart home journey so far.
