Why can't I connect my devices and ther is no one to talk on customer service
Bought a house with the system on the house changed boiler now I can't switch the divices
Was the system working correctly before the boiler was changed?
Did your boiler installer confirm full operation before they left?

That's a pity as from your original post, it sounded like the boiler change was what triggered the issue so perhaps the installer made a mistake
Hopefully you've not actually binned the Tado stuff as I'm sure you could sell it on0
You haven't actually listed all the tado devices that were left in the house by the previous occupant......this is quite relevant to understand why it would not work........just a thought.0
