Full TRV child lock

The TRV child lock is great for keeping the room set point unaltered but the TRV still lights up when played with. This is enough to keep my daughter entertained and means no manner how many times we move her away she still wants to play with the TRV next to the potentially hot radiator. I propose extending child lock with an extra "no lights" mode that essentially disabled the physical dial completely and only allows app use.
