Model number shown in app
Can we please have the model number of the device show in the app, or at very least a serial number lookup on the support site. I have spent two hours so far trying to figure out if I can put NiMH batteries in my radiator valve. The "What type of batteries..." documentation says I can only put alkaline batteries in VA01 model. I have bought my radiator thermostats over a number of years and I don't know which is which.

I cannot believe the app cannot tell you this information. I'm in the same predicament trying to work out what are model number of my bridge, wired thermostats, and TRVs? I have the box for each and even then it isn't clear. Labels on the devices are also not clear. I'm trying to work out if I am eligible for offline schedules which needs specific model numbers.
Just display the model number on the app!
