In many EU countries, many of us are looking for alternatives to gas-based heating systems and heat pumps are become the new norm. Therefore it would be really great to have far more heat pumps becoming compatible with Tado.

I’ve upgraded the heating in my old Tado system to Samsung AE80 heat pump. Is this compatible with Tado. I need to find a way for it to work with Octopus Agile.0

Yep this is my problem. I bought a full tado set for my home (thermostat, 8x radiator knobs) only to have an installer come for checking for PVT panels and heat pump, notice the tado boxes, and mention its lack of compatible heat pumps. It wasn't compatible with the heat pump we're having installed in a few months, so all the tado equipment is being returned. Really a shame!
