No Heat! How do I fix it?

Hi All,
I had someone install my tado v3 kit a few days ago. I have since found I have hot water but no heating. The App says it's on, and the light on the wireless reciever is on, but the pump in not pumping and the boiler is not firing. I have attached a picture of the current wiring. Can anybody tell me if this has been done correctly? I'm sick, so being in a cold house is not helping
