Radiator thermostat moving the valve pin in/out?

I'm new in tado. I started to mount bridge, pairing main thermostat and for the start mounted two radiator thermostats.
Everything looks fine, thermostats did a calibration, when i connected to my FAR thermostatic valves. OK, my boiler is off , main tado wired thermostat is not yet connected. But when i changing temperature of my radiator thermostats, there is no sound of mechanizem (black pin ) moving the valve pin in/out.
What is going wrong?
