Energy IQ not generating consumption.

Hi I've installed 4 wired thermostats to the 4 underfloor heating zones and 1 wired thermostat to the upstairs where I have radiators. I've also installed 6x tado TRVs and all working fine. Only issue I have is the energy IQ does not load any consumption data even after 24hrs, I've put my tariff in and meter readings but it's been 2 week now and it's still loading the data?? Any advice? Thanks
