My app is saying "unable to connect to server"
Has anyone else had this issue? It has been like to for over a week and not getting much help from support

Mine does this at 4am almost every morning. It disconnects from google assistant too and become useless until unplug and re-plug the bridge.
We got this put in with our new boiler and its dumber than our old thermostat and that one wasn't even digital.
