Adapter for EPH 75 TRV

Hi. New to Tado, but have successfully set up SRVs on four of six radiators. All six radiators have EPH TRVs but two of them don’t fit right- the SRT from Tado only screws on part of the way and then stops before the plastic tightens up so it remains loose.

The valves are marked 15 & 94 on the ones that fit, but the other two are marked 15 & 75. These latter two don’t fit right. Is there an adapter that can do the job? Can’t seem to find anything suitable in the box.

Have googled and can’t find anything about what 75 or 94 would refer to. The 94/75 is marked on the valve body and on the head unit.

Appreciate any guidance.
