My Tado system has gone offline completely

The bridge will not connect to interment no matter what. Have followed all troubleshooting steps, changed cables ports, reset just will not connect

The lights just cycle through turning on then all flash and start again

Any help out there as chat offline e

    Possibly a bridge issue but could be your router.

    You've already tried a couple of the things I was going to suggest.

    Some other things

    1. Change the USB cable and power adapter. It's just a standard USB wall plug so any phone charger will work
    2. Do you know how to see a list of the devices connected to your router? It should show up on there if it's getting a connection to the router
    3. Can you try the plugging it into a friend's router to see if it goes to all 3 lights steady on a different provider? Might be due to a configuration update on your router

    If none of those things work then I think you need a new bridge. I think they're around £75 new from tado but you might find some kind sole on here willing to sell one cheap. If not, it would be cheaper to buy a refurbished smart thermostat starter kit and selling the smart thermostat
