Constantly flashing lights on controller

Hi, we have Tado system with 2Nr wireless thermostats each to control 2 separate UFH systems (each connected to separate controllers) plus 8 smart TRV’s. Problem I have is the UFH system we’ve just had installed on the new controller worked for a few days but now I have two lights (WiFi and warning triangle) constantly pulsing and the new IFH wireless thermostat has stopped controlling the UFH (the motorised valve doesn’t open when you set the thermostat to call for heat; doesn’t work in the app either). I’ve tried Tado help and I gave up with them as their advise was to move the bridge closer to the controller; I moved it to 1m away and this didn’t solve it (note I only have 1 bridge it’s all connected to - didn’t use the one that came with the new starter kit). anyone have any wisdom as to what might be wrong? I like the system but fed up of using the override button on the controller to turn the new UFH on! Thanks for anyone’s help in advance.
