what settings can tado support change with our setups

wanted to start a tread to help others on what settings can be changed on Tado's end.

i've got opentherm on my setup and I had to get hold of Tado support to change the settings on their end to opentherm from relay.

is there something they can do regards how much the values open?

any other settings?

    Unless I’m missing something, switching Opentherm to relay can be done for currently available equipment through the smart thermostat/ wireless temp sensor for the extension kit and directly on the wireless receiver or smart thermostat. It can also be done through the tado pro app I think. Was there something different about your situation?
