Global boiler override schedule

My system gets turned on a lot as different rooms heat up at different rates. I’d like to have a global boiler override schedule so I can ensure it’s always off at certain times (including heating and hot water) rather than having to try and set weird on/off blocks for every room throughout the night/day to try and save money

Are you sure that a smart system is actually what you need..... It doesn't sound like it to me.2
