Early Start not working

I have used Early Start for years but recently noticed that it is not working. If I select Early Start for 8.00am, during cold weather the heating would come on earlier so that it was at temperature by 8.00am. Now even when Early Start is selected, the heating will.only Start at 8.00am even when the outside temperature is -1º

    A year later... Did you get to the bottom of this? I have had early start working reasonably well for two years. Just recently, early start has not been early starting at all in the mornings in the three zones I have it on. However, in the early evening on the same zones, early start does work.
    Anyone else just found early start has gone faulty?
