Heating coming on when it shouldn't

Had heating on today, when I turned it off it came back on its own, app and wireless sensor says heating off, then WiFi and triangle lights started flashing in tado receiver, had to rest bridge for it to go back to off, concerned this would happen when not at home

    That's real. Is this under warranty? If so get tado involved immediately. If not, the bridge shouldn't make any difference to the running logic, at least it should not turn on the boiler when there is no call. The error is in the extension kit or the thermostats.
    The only other thing that comes to mind- am not a pro so please allow for that- is if the trigger on the boiler is partly driven by a motorised zone valve and if that is stuck open it may keep forcing the boiler on.
    Depends on the wiring and plumbing.
