No Internet bridge connection

I have currently installed a new TalkTalk WiFi hub and I can't connect even though router settings seem compatible it cannot obtain ip address

    Nightmare, begining to wonder if I've done the right thing signing up with them. What's the tado support like? I guess they refer you back to the provider

    I have a Sagemcom 5364 TalkTalk WiFi hub which has given no trouble with regard to tadoº, but perhaps you have a later model . . .

    This is potentially an issue with the TalkTalk router not supporting the 10 Mbps half-duplex connection that the bridge uses. Check with TalkTalk support if they can clarify if their router supports that

    If they confirm it doesn't, then your easiest option is to purchase a cheap network switch that does support that

    Please also update the thread linked below with your router model number if TalkTalk confirm it can't support the connection
