Viessman Vitodens and V3 thermostat boiler issue

I have a Viessman 100-W B1HF-M and a V3 Tado setup

The bridge, hub and thermostat are all connected to the WiFi

However when adjusting settings via the app or using the thermostat it doesn’t ‘call’ the boiler
