Hot Water Not Switching On When Scheduled

Hi Guys.

Our heating is all working fine and works as per the programmed schedule.

The hot water will not switch on or off though when left to the schedule.

It works fine when we click on the hot water itself in the app and switch it on, but I want the schedule to switch the hot water on and off.

What could be stopping it?

    I am having the same problem with my hot water. I can operate it manually, but it doesn't turn on/off as per the schedule.

    Do you have “Away” enabled for Hot Water by any chance? The switch is on the schedule page . . .
