Google Home Integration for On/Off Hot Water
I have a fairly old boiler with no digital temp control. Tado supports simply turning the hot water on or off. Google Home shows a entry for the hot water but does not allow me to change its state. Tado support told me:
"You have the Hot Water tile enabled in your tado° app. However it is a relay ON/OFF control and you can not change the temperature, or control it via the Google Assistant. If this was a digital control where you could change the temperature, it would be possible to use it with Google Home."
Could you please enhance Google Home integration to support my boiler (Worcester HiFlow 400) so that I can control the hot water with the Google Assistant.

Hello @Blackadr,
Thanks for your contribution to the forum 🙂
I may be wrong, but my colleague's answer indicates that Google Home is not capable of changing boiler temperatures at all with relay. A quick internet search indicates that many Google Home users are faced with this limitation. tado° may well enhance its Google Home integration to support your boiler in the future, but ultimately the best case scenario would be for Google Home to support hot water control with relay.
I'd be curious to know if other tado° community members have faced this problem and found some type of workaround?0
