New home, new set up

Ive recently moved house and transferred my old set up to the new homeowner.

I then removed myself from what is now their set up.

Wanting to now set up a new home it keeps telling me my email address is already registered to a home.

I cant seem to do anything to delete the old home or get into my account to do anything !!

Any ideas please ??

    Hello @Albie,

    I had a look at your Home data in the Backend. It's strange, your email address is still connected to your old Home, but the Home app only lists one other person (initials NB) on the account.

    As @wateroakley suggested, the best thing to do would be to contact support using our live chat.

    Once they solve the issue, it would be great if you let the tado° Community know how it was resolved 🙂

    @Emcee The initials NB is the new homeowner.

    I sent him an invite to my home and then when he accepted and joined i revoked my access to what is now his home.

    I believed that would then remove me from the home so i could set up a new one with my existing email.

    Im starting to think it may be easier to set up my new home with a different email address.
