Create groups and group schedules
Hi. Previous house had a Hive thermostat and one of the great things was to be able to set a vacation period.
You would set an away time and date and temperature and a return time and date.
For example you might set all devices to 14C for the week you are away and it returns them to the programmed schedule at the time/date you have set for your return.
Geofencing is not really applicable. I believe this is for when the house is empty for short periods such as people at work and you would not set the temperature that low as it would take too long to get back to a reasonable temperature.
At the moment I have 8 thermostats that I would manually have to change the schedule and then rechange the schedule on return and that would be a complete pain.
Effectively a simple routine with a time/date/temp for all devices while away and a time/date for return when all the devices will readjust to their programmed schedule.
