Hello,

I have been using Tado V3+ smart radiator thermostats in my office since 2018 and they have been great. All of the employees have access to our "home" through Apple HomeKit, and everything works perfect, anyone can regulate temperature as they see fit, and it has been overall excellent.

We now have moved to another office and would like to install new Tado X smart radiator thermostats, but there are also multiple AC units that we have, which we would also like to control through Apple HomeKit app (we almost never use Tado app).

There are still V3+ AC smart control devices for the AC units from Tado avialable, but as far as I understood they are not compatible with Tado X smart radiator thermostats and we wont be able to install them in Tado app at the same time in the same "home".

My question is - could we install Tado X smart radiator thermostats and add them to Apple Homekit, then also install V3+ AC smart control devices through another account / user / phone in Tado app, and add to the same "home" in Apple HomeKit so we could use thermostats and AC control at the same time through Apple HomeKit, but not the Tado app, as we do not use it all.

    Line X isn't compatible with the Smart AC Control, what's more, if you wish to control both, you would have to do so from 2 separate tado° Homes, since Line X devices cannot be placed alongside V3+ devices in a tado° Home.
