Contact to support seems more difficult
I've been using Tado for about 4 years now and I've always been able to contact the Tado support to help me out with wiring or compatibility questions.
I've just now had another question and found out that there is no contact form anymore and that we have to use the rather useless chatbot (we can't even ask a freeform question with attachments…).
Any idea if the support@tado.zendesk.com email still works? The Chatbot experience is really not ideal.

Sorry to read you're having trouble reaching support.
Best is to keep answering the chatbot's questions until you reach an agent. The answers you provide will be help your agent better understand the problem before offering a solution. You can provide the attachments/write free-form questions once your agent is designated.0
