@terryburley Could you provide what equipment you have. What's happening with the lights on the hub - how many lights are lit.

I don’t know how to upload a picture on this forum0
-
If you look in a Tado app, the part that’s failing is called an extension kit0

To add a photo, click on the upload image button, second image in the leave a comment box (in the web view) and select the file you want uploaded.

In addition to the extension kit, what Tado devices do you have installed?
You will have a bridge connected to your internet router. This should have 3 lights lit when operating normally. Is that the case? If not, take a picture and upload using the web browser version of this forum or tell us what is lit.
On the extension kit, there is single LED in the middle of the unit. When operating normally, it should pulse in and out. This is best described as being like breathing. If that isn't the case, is it getting power? Normally it should be on the same circuit as the boiler so if the boiler is powered, the extension kit should be too but try switching off the power to it and turning it back on after 10 seconds to see if it goes through it's start up. I can't remember what the LED will do during the start up but it will flash quite a lot before it goes to the "breathing" mode

Everything is working normally extension kit will not restart no lights on0

Hi @terryburley ,
Can you elaborate!
You say "everything is working normally". They you then say the "extension kit will not restart no lights on". This is not normal behaviour!
Has it always been this way or changed recently? You say there are no lights on the extension kit. Have you taken it off the wall to check the electrical connections at the terminals? It could simply be a loose wire or a fuse
Can you please state what tado components you have installed and what the system is or isn't doing? Providing this information will help us to help you. Please remember, this is a public forum and not Tado support so we can't see anything related to your account although there is a member here - @Emcee - who works for Tado and may be able to check some things on their side.

I have the Internet bridge wireless thermostat sensor wireless receiver. It is the receiver that is not working also known as the extension kit there’s no lights on it. I haven’t taken it off the wall because there is power going into it. The Internet bridge is lighting up as it should that’s got a connection to the temperature sensor which is working as it should but the wireless receiver has got no lights. It has got power going into it. Does this mean the wireless receiver has failed0

Update on my system bought new extension kit fitted all lights now working also change the bridge and the thermostat called into the system. Everything is connected but on my app for all the radiators still saying off-line and I’ve read how they told me to get back online, but still not working and there’s nothing wrong with my Internet that’s working perfectly, so any suggestions be very helpful as Tado themselves hard work trying to get answers0

I suspect you will need Tado support to help you on this one. I would assume since you changed the bridge, you will need to re-pair your radiators to the new bridge
Just to confirm, you bought a new extension kit or wireless receiver and also changed the bridge? You do need to be specific as the extension kit and wireless receiver are different products - wireless receiver superseded the extension kit.
Why would you change the bridge if your existing one was working correctly?
As a tip for future issues. Only make one change at a time as it makes troubleshooting easier.
