Trv zones
Hi,I currently have a Tado system installed and previously tried using a few smart TRV valves upstairs. However, I removed them after a week because the temperature readings were consistently inaccurate, even after adjusting the offsets.
Now, I'm considering upgrading and installing smart TRV valves throughout the house. My plan is to install a wireless temperature sensor upstairs and pair all the upstairs TRVs with that sensor. I understand that adjusting the upstairs temperature will activate the heating for that zone.
My question is: Can I set it up so that the downstairs wireless thermostat also controls the upstairs radiators? Essentially, I want turning on the downstairs thermostat to heat the entire house, while turning on the upstairs thermostat would only heat the upstairs.
Thank you in advance for your help!
