New installation; radiators don't work but hot water doees

I have had a completely new plumbing done and tado installed across the house. The system was checked and both hot water and radiators were working.
One day later, central heating has stopped working. Tado app shows that the system is all connected, it fires the boiler correctly to start central heating but the radiators remain cold. Even the bathroom radiator which is a normal valve is not heating so seems like ko water circulation.
Can anyone help?

Please describe the layout. Are there motorised valves - if so where, covering what? Are they controlled by Wall thermostats? Or is the whole system driven by TRVs, or a combination?
