PARING ISSUE | TADO X
Hello everyone. Has anyone experienced issues with pairing heads and sensors after the firmware update of TADO X?
I bought a bridge, a thermostat, 6 heads, and 4 wireless sensors. After activating the bridge and thermostat, I paired the first head and everything was fine. Due to lack of time, I had to postpone the rest, and when I resumed, I was no longer able to add anything.
I’m sure about the firmware because right after pairing the bridge, the thermostat, and the first head, the function to adjust the flow temperature wasn't there, but by the evening, it had appeared.
Customer support is slow to respond for now. Has anyone else experienced the same issue and/or found a solution?
