Random switch on
At 2:15am this morning the Lounge TRV switched itself on, to 20c, looking at the graph it has a little hand pointing from there, which I believe is manual control, but nobody was in the lounge, checking all other rooms no other switched on at this time, and the programmed temps are off from midnight till 6:45am
Alexa doesn’t show any requests either, just logs the room activity to hearing to 20c
Why would the TRV do this without instructions?

Puzzle has been solved, whilst we all slept my son came downstairs to cook himself food and felt cold and manually put the heating on but never turned it off 🙄1
