Tado x devices added to google home but wont work with voice commands.

Just installed wired tado x thermostat and 6 tado x trv I have successfully added all items ms to google home and can control via google home app. I am also able to ask google home for humidity and temperature values of all devices but i am not able to change temperature via google assistant. Whenever I ask to set a temperature it tells me that device has not been set up yet, you can do this in google assistant ?
Any idea why this may be happening works fine with Alexa.

[Solved] I have the same issue with Google Home. The app works fine, but with the voice commands I can only check the readings and I cannot change the temperature.
Update: It started working. For the rooms that I have only tado installed, it took about half an hour after I added a device to Google Home. For the rooms that I had more smart devices installed, not only tado, it took a few hours.0 -
Hey I have the same issue currently. Everything is set up properly and I can control the thermostats within the Google Home app but not with voice commands (neither on my Nest Hub 2 nor on my phone). It tells me that the device has not yet been set up… so literally the same thing as you describe. I might wait until tomorrow since JohnGr wrote that it might take some time, but have you solved it as well dazzer?

I have Tado X programmer and a wireless Thermostat. Alexa is connected and i can see the thermostat. I can use voice command to turn of the thermostat or to set the heat to a temperature. But this is the extent of the voice commands. Using voice commands, once off, it doesn't will not turn on again. Also using voice command, once in manual mode (after setting the heat to a temperature) it will not switch to schedule.
I have been in touch with support, took a few tries to finally get them to understand the problem and forward the issue to the developers. Then i spent a lot of time waiting and getting responses like try saying… It all ended with voice commands not working which i fed back, but all they seems to do it try uninstalling and re-installing, or try this other voice command. Then sent screenshots of the command history in alexa app.
Then running low in patience I asked whether the developers had a Tado X setup with the Alexa app in a test environment.. weeks passed and i asked again. Eventually i gat an answer that switching to schedule isn't supported in Matter because the schedule is in 'Tado' land.
This is highly frustrating as I was led to believe that it is Alexa compatible, but virtually no useful voice control. I really hope this is going to get some serious attention as it feels like it has been mis advertised to some extent.
Anyone having the same problems?
