Not sure about compatibility

We have multiple Riello Residence xxx KIS boilers in our database, all seem to be compatible at least with relay. Most also seem to support Opentherm, which we also support. Some have some obscure bus we do not support (but also have relay; compatible). The Residence HM is not in our database, meaning we have not documented the boiler (yet). Which says nothing about compatibility. Googling specifically for the HM series, I find a manual that suggests it not only supports a realy interface, but it's also an Opentherm-compatible boiler.
Long story short: I am confident this boiler will be compatible with tado X (and V3+).

The installer guide for that boiler seems to be here. Electrical Connections - Riello Residence KIS Series Installer And User Manual [Page 5] | ManualsLib - and identifies that it operates in Opentherm mode.
Tado's information, identifies Riello Residence KIS 30 as supported in Opentherm mode, using the M4 setting the V3 series. Am therefore assuming the X series should have no problem, but dont know.
@Rob Would you pitch in?

Thank you very much about your answers. Its my first ever boiler and im a noob in thermostats. The boiler came with a wifi box and its own smart thermostat but i find it very old looking plus it doesnt have any compatibility with smart valves and i returned it. Will the tado X have full control over my boiler, meaning water temperature control or has inky basic functions, due to being opentherm0

Assuming you use Opentherm: It will have control over the water temperature of your radiators out of the box. Well, after its first automatic firmware update, which for a new installation is typically within minutes to maybe hours after installation.
Control of tapwater temperature: No. I have heard this is likely (so not a promise) to come soon though.
