Ho un sistema tado con un internet bridge e 16 teste termostatiche intelligenti con un termostato in una casa molto grande, alcune teste perdono la connessione con il bridge, cosa posso fare?

    All your tado° devices are connected to your Internet Bridge. To ensure that your devices can communicate with each other and to our servers without any issues, it is important for the Internet Bridge to establish a stable connection.

    In our experience, moving and placing the Internet Bridge in an upright position can improve the connection of your whole tado° system. When doing this, please keep in mind the following:

    1. Make sure that there are no large metal objects (like refrigerators, TVs, or large fuse boxes) between your tado° devices and the Internet Bridge. Also, ensure that your Internet Bridge is not placed too close to a wall, in the corner of a room, or enclosed between a wall and furniture.
    2. Make sure that there are no other devices that use radio frequency (like cordless phones, radios, baby monitors, smart home devices etc.) between your tado° devices and the Internet Bridge. Devices that use the same frequency (like some wireless alarm or doorbell systems) can cause significant interference and a poor connection. If you have such devices and cannot move them out of range of your tadoº system, let us know and we can adjust the communication channel that tadoº uses.
    3. Make sure that the Internet Bridge is not positioned behind your router. If possible, use a longer Ethernet cable to move the Internet Bridge further away from the router.
    4. Make sure that there is a distance of at least 3 meters between the Internet Bridge and your other tado° devices.
    5. Make sure that your Internet Bridge is placed in a way that makes it equally far from all your tado° devices. If the current position of your router does not allow for this, try using a powerline adapter to connect the Internet Bridge to the internet.

    Hello @GionatanCorso Welcome. Adding to the reply from @Emcee, other users have found the following

    • The low-power wifi standard IEEE 802.15.4 has design range of 10 metres. Thick walls or multiple walls will affect range.
    • Mount the Internet Dongle vertical and higher in the room, using a length of ethernet cable and USB extension cable.
    • Locate the Internet Dongle centrally in your home. Our rellie uses a cheap TP/Link WiFi extender with an ethernet port, in an upstairs bedroom.
    • One of our 13 TRVs in the conservatory is too far for connection. We use the old dumb TRV.

    • El estándar de wifi de bajo consumo IEEE 802.15.4 tiene un alcance de diseño de 10 metros. Las paredes gruesas o múltiples paredes afectarán el alcance.
    • Monte el adaptador de Internet en posición vertical y más arriba en la habitación, utilizando un cable Ethernet y un cable de extensión USB.
    • Coloque el adaptador de Internet en un lugar central de su casa. Nuestro pariente usa un extensor WiFi TP/Link económico con un puerto Ethernet, en un dormitorio del piso superior.
    • Uno de nuestros 13 TRV en el invernadero está demasiado lejos para la conexión. Usamos el viejo y tonto TRV.
