Viessmann vitodens 100 wb1c vs Opentherm and constant heating
I have a vitodens 100 wb1c with a tado wired v3 thermostat supported by 4 TRVs. The boiler only gives heating, as warm water comes from other sources. The tado is connected via the digital pins to the opentherm connectors. The installation was done by a boiler/heating technician, but in the country there is no one actually licensed tado engineer.
I have checked with the professional app and everything is green and healthy.
Normally the system works flawlessly, but once in a while the system indicates that water is needed (with the water hose icon) and in multiple steps heats the system up to 90+C. Where two workarounds are present, either turn the boiler off not to damage by overheating, or in the app ask in a room for heat.
This phenomenon can appear when the day schedule is over and the house needs to cool down to night time temps.
Does anyone know how to stop this, or what configuration is triggering this?
