Baxi Duo-Tec E doesn’t start the heating
Last July I changed the boiler, an old Baxi Luna goes to a Baxi Duo-Tec E. Unfortunately, the installer is not particularly technological, so I was afraid it could cause some trouble. Being July we did not have the opportunity to turn on the heating through the Tado thermostat (it arrives at a maximum of 25°C, in case there were at least 27°C), so the heating test was done "manually". Last week, however, trying to turn on the heating for the first time, I realised that the thermostat couldn't turn on the boiler. I thought it was a boiler problem, but the technician tried again to turn on the heating "manually" and everything worked. At this point I can only deduce that the wiring is different between the old Baxi Luna and the new Baxi Duo-Tec E, but honestly I don't have the skills to understand it. To be precise, the water control through OpenTherm doesn't even work, but it was negligible at the beginning: now I understand that the problems were connected. I can’t find a way to attach a photo of the connections, but I can’t find it 😅

Hello @Francesco82
Looking at your chats with tado support, it looks like something was marked as OpenTherm when it should have been set-up as relay. My colleague has fixed the issue. Please let her know if this resolved the problem.0
