Spare adaptor for V radiator thermostat?

One of my v thermostats showed a spanner error. Through swapping it with a different radiator I isolated the problem as being with the adaptor or the bottom part of the thermostat that the main device connects to, ie the bit that you fit around the radiator.

Question is - how do I get a new one of these to see if that resolves the issue? Couldn't find one on the Tado website.
