Randomly calling for heat

Hi, I have a Tado v3 system consisting of a wireless receiver, a wireless temp sensor downstairs, where originally there was just a temp sensor and a smart thermostat upstairs.

No TRV's this is the complete system, I fitted it around 2 years ago and it has worked perfectly since then, until now!

Now, the system randomly calls for radiator heat and when it does the rads get uncontrollably hot and both the app and either the wireless temp sensor or smart thermostat (depending on whether it is upstairs or downstairs) will show that the heating is set to OFF.

I've tried uninstalling all devices and reinstalling them on the app, I've deleted all the 'time blocks' so there's only one left and that shows 00:00 - 00:00 OFF so in effect it is now only manually operated

The downstairs wireless temp sensors measuring devices is itself and the same for the upstairs

The system is reporting no faults, it's close to the Internet Bridge (which I've also reset) I'm just at a loss, I've not contacted Tado as yet as I've heard their response times are long so I thought I'd ask on here first.

I'd be happy to pay a Tado trained person to come out but I can't find one, so any thoughts people?
