Stuck on configuration download
Hi guys,
My wired thermostat for UFH has been stuck in configuration download mode (gear and arrow symbol) after I tried changing offset. Now it's stuck in this mode and I cant have any heating there.
I've tried reseting device and pulling out batteries and removing device from app but nothing helps.
Anyone knows solution?

I have this issue too. Which given how cold it is and with two babies in the house is problematic. With the speed of reply from live chat and updates here also not helping. Can’t help but think I’ve invested in the wrong system. Update urgently needed before I decide to move to Hive.0

Is the only way to bypass the thermostat to replace it with a dumb one?0
