Tado no longer gives out instructions - boiler configuration

I just had horrendous product support.

Bought a Tado thermostat ahead of installing anew boiler and manually installed it on my current boiler temporarily to try it out (and because it was getting cold) using standard instructions.

i then asked for a wiring diagram for my new setup (s-plan Worcester 27i and Megaflo) and they wouldn’t provide as I wasn’t “replacing another system”, even after multiple emails and assurances that I would get a plan.

Anybody else with a similar experience?
