Hi I’ve followed the app’s instructions to wire the receiver into the boiler and connect it to the WiFi and I’m all connected it says but the app or thermostat isn’t actually controlling my boiler it says it’s heating but the radiators don’t increase in temperature please help haha

    IV just commented on sals, mine is intermittent but kicks in when I turn a tap on, no engineers can find a fault for me

    I see you installed your devices yesterday. We are having some server issues at the moment. Fixes have been deployed, but not everything is quite back to normal. Could you try again tonight? Hopefully everything is fine by then.
