Boiler not switching off
I have had my system fitted for over 2 years (Controller, wireless thermostat and 10 valves). Up to now it has worked flawlessly. However over the last week or so the boiler will not shut down at the end of the day even though the app says every thing is off. The only way I can stop it is to switch it off at the mains. I have replaced the batteries in the thermostat and disconnected and reconnected the bridge. All of the batteries have been replaced in the valves which all appear to be working OK. The boiler is a Valliant and was only fitted a year ago. Other than this problem the actual heating appears to be working as usual. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

@davidIOW does your system have motorised valves to direct the boiler flow? If it does, this could be an issue with the valve sticking rather than a Tado problem
If you can describe your system, that will help the community to better understand your problem
