Geofencing reduction
Hi we use geofencing with our tado system and are very pleased with but as we have a sick relative lives about 50 metres from us and spend an increasing amount of time there. Is there a way to reduce coverage to less than 50 metres

Problem is that many satelite locations are within 1 mile of some MoD establishment, so that makes their accuracy poor, especially on the east coat of England, west coast of Wales, east and west coast of Scotland, most of Northern Ireland. Hence google maps relies upon 5 or more satelites to give us a position thats within 30 metres in the UK. Most of Europe doesnt have this problem.
Tado's support team have the capacity to override trhe tables at their end, so you might want to try convincing them to open up the range to bring it down to 30m.
